Raeburn House exists to improve the quality of mental wellbeing and community wellbeing by building the capacity and capability of people and communities.


Your membership helps us to continue to support individuals, family/whanau and community groups through our 6 services:
· Community Development - Raeburn House works collaboratively in the areas of community wellbeing, mental wellbeing, and diversity to develop projects that strengthen and empower communities to assist them to gain improved wellbeing.
· Resource & Information – Provides information and support to everyone in the community to access services that can help them to resolve issues.
· Life Skills - Provides high quality mental health support groups and low cost personal development courses.
· Strengthening Families - Supports families/whanau to get access to the services they need.
· Settlement Support - Provides information, advice and support for newcomers to settle well in their new communities.
· Settling In - Maximises outcomes for migrants and refugees settling in New Zealand.
Annual Membership Fee:
If you would like to become a Friend of Raeburn House, the following membership fee applies:


Organisations / Groups / Agencies
· Up to 5 staff members: $40
· 6 or more staff members: $50

Membership Benefits:

The annual membership signifies a shared commitment to community wellbeing and entitles you to:

· A recruitment and referral service of potential volunteers to the organisation or group
· Access to training workshops, seminars and forums specifically for engaging and retaining volunteers
· An advice / consultancy service about developing the organisation's volunteering programme. Registered members receive 2 hours free consultation upon registration (which must be used within 6 months of initial registration)
· Networking opportunities
· A quarterly newsletter – keep up-to-date with the work Raeburn House is doing in your community
· A 20% discount off any Raeburn House Group, Seminar, Course or Workshop
· Free entry in the Directory of Support Services – directory contains over 400 support services which is widely distributed throughout the Waitemata region across the health and community sector
· One free copy of the Directory of Support Services for the organisation's use
· Invitations to attend / participate in local community events and forums to celebrate, recognise and promote community wellbeing, mental wellbeing and diversity
